PAINT PROCEDURE FOR

EXTERIOR OF HOME

Homeowners interested in painting the exterior of the home must choose from the approved Sawmill HOA color archive available online at Sherwin-Williams.com. On this site, homeowners can view all the approved Sawmill HOA color options. (Please keep in mind the colors will not look the same on the computer as in person.) Once a color scheme is chosen, homeowners must fill out an ARB form, providing the chosen scheme number and color names. (It is no longer necessary to paint the samples on the home.) Homeowners can also visit Sherwin-Williams at: 13750 W Colonial Dr Ste 360, Winter Garden, FL 34787 to view the book of approved color schemes for Sawmill in person. (Your paint brand does not have to be Sherwin-Williams.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Colors can be mixed and matched as long as "Body" color choice meets "Body" scheme options. Same applies to "Trim" and "Accent".

When the ARB request is received, the HOA Board will drive by the home to confirm that none of the homes immediately next to it are painted the same color. If that is the case, the request will be approved.
